“No eVTOL is the same. Our job is to make sure the rotor system isn’t just compatible—it’s unlocking new levels of performance for each unique platform.”

Built around your mission
Flyber’s custom rotor blade designs are tailored for electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft, which demand high efficiency, ultra-low weight, and minimal noise.
We collaborate directly with airframe designers to understand specific mission parameters—from lift distribution and flight profiles to payload mass and endurance targets. From there, we tailor blade geometry, twist profiles, and materials to match real-world needs.
Our composites allow for thinner, stiffer structures that deliver both strength and aerodynamic smoothness—a crucial combination for electric lift systems.
Precision in every pass
Using digital twin modelling and computational fluid dynamics (CFD), we refine each blade’s performance digitally before manufacturing. This lets us optimise not just for a test rig, but for the actual conditions each eVTOL faces in the air.
Flyber blades are precision-trimmed and balance-checked to within microns. This translates to less vibration, better energy transfer, and quieter, smoother rides for pilot and passenger alike.
Noise, weight, and endurance—optimised
Noise is one of the most critical challenges for urban eVTOL adoption. We design for acoustic efficiency by controlling tip speed, pressure zones and vortex shedding behaviour—resulting in blades that meet the most demanding dB thresholds.
Weight is another key differentiator. Our advanced layup methods deliver up to 15% lighter blade mass compared to conventional construction, allowing aircraft to extend range or increase payload without compromise.
Innovation as a service
Flyber doesn’t just deliver blades. We offer an end-to-end design collaboration model, helping partners push their platforms forward through smarter composites and deeper integration.
Whether it’s first-flight readiness or certification support, we’re with you all the way to airworthiness.
