We don’t just make blades—we design them for purpose. Flyber handles the full front-end engineering process in-house, from CAD development to parametric modelling. Each profile is created using real-world aerodynamic targets, structural constraints, and use-case data.

Before a blade is manufactured, it’s tested virtually using industry-grade CFD platforms like ANSYS Fluent and OpenFOAM. We simulate performance across variable conditions—thrust, torque, turbulence—then refine with data from physical test rigs and wind tunnels.
