1. Performance Figures

Performance metrics for Flyber propellers are based on controlled testing environments using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations and real-world validation. Actual results may vary depending on aircraft configuration, payload, altitude, weather conditions, and operational usage. For specific performance expectations, refer to technical documentation or contact Flyber support.

2. Certification & Compliance

Flyber propellers are designed to meet aerospace, defence, and regulatory standards, including CAA, EASA, and FAA compliance where applicable. Certification requirements vary based on intended use, aircraft classification, and jurisdiction. Customers are responsible for ensuring regulatory approval for integration into their aircraft systems.

3. Lead Times & Availability

Lead times are based on production schedules and order volume. Standard UAV propellers are available for immediate shipping, while bespoke blade design requires 3-4 weeks for CFD simulations and 5-7 weeks for full CAD development. Delivery timelines may be subject to manufacturing constraints, certification processes, and material availability.

4. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Manufacturing

Flyber’s composite propeller technology, manufacturing methods, and aerodynamic designs are protected by intellectual property laws. Customers purchasing bespoke solutions acknowledge that design ownership, licensing, and usage rights are subject to Flyber’s IP policies.

5. Supply Chain & Origin

All Flyber products are manufactured in the UK, ensuring supply chain security, reduced geopolitical risk, and strict quality control. Components and materials, including carbon fibre composites, are sourced from trusted suppliers in the UK and EU to maintain consistency in performance and compliance.

6. Product Warranty & Maintenance

Flyber propellers undergo rigorous batch testing, structural validation, and QA++ processes. Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal operational conditions. Improper installation, modifications, or damage from extreme environmental factors may void the warranty. Refer to the Flyber warranty policy for full terms.

7. Order Cancellation & Returns

Orders for standard UAV propellers may be eligible for cancellation or return within a specified period, subject to inspection and restocking fees. Custom and bespoke orders cannot be refunded once the design and manufacturing process has commenced.

8. Visual Representations

Images, diagrams, and renders displayed on Flyber’s website and documentation are for illustrative purposes only. Final product specifications may vary based on aircraft integration and configuration requirements.
